Eligibility:
Competition is open to South African residents /or has a valid passport aged 18 and over. Excludes employees, affiliates, and their families.
Entry Method and Guidelines:
To enter, participants must follow the entry instructions as specified in the competition announcement. Entries must be completed by the closing date, late or incomplete entries will be disqualified. Multiple entries may be disqualified in certain competitions.
Prize Details:
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives. Not transferable.
Winner Selection and Notification:
The winner will be chosen randomly and will be contacted through the information provided at the time of entry. If the winner can’t be reached /or does not respond within 3 days after the announcement, a new winner will be selected. The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Winners will be announced on VAF SA social media platforms, and by entering, participants consent to the publication of their names.
Publicity:
By entering the competition, participants agree to the use of their names, photographs, and likenesses in promotional materials without consent /or any further compensation. All marketing materials such as photos, videos and more during the competition will be copyrighted and become the property of VAF SA.
Personal Data:
Personal information collected during the competition will be used solely for the purpose of promoting VAF SA and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Force Majeure:
VAF SA shall not be liable for any failure to comply with these terms and conditions due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
No Responsibility for Lost Entries:
VAF SA is not responsible for any entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, or not received for any reason.
Health and Safety:
The winner must adhere to all health and safety guidelines set forth by VAF SA, the affiliate company and any relevant authorities during their trip. A Liability Waiver form must be completed 3 days before departure date by all participants that will be provided by VAF SA.
Donation Requirement for Entry:
To participate in a competition where a donation is required, entrants must make a minimum donation /or monthly donation of the stipulated amount. Only entries with completed donations will be eligible for the prize draw. Donations are non-refundable and contribute directly to VAF SA.
Disqualification:
VAF SA reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent /or criminal activities.
Modification of Terms:
VAF SA reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice. Participants are encouraged to review the terms regularly for any updates.
Acceptance of Terms:
By entering the competition, participants confirm their acceptance of these terms and conditions.
